Delivery UK

We use Parcel2go to safely deliver your parcel. Delivery dates and times are provided by Parcel2go from the time we confirm Dispatch of your order.

Please also be reminded that whilst we make every effort to ensure a timely dispatch we rely on third party services to complete the shipping process. Thus, delivery times are an Estimate only and can be subject to delays or changes,.

Processing

All orders received will be processed next working day. Tracking codes will be generated and sent via email.

During processing we will also look for any issues related to stock availability. In the event that an item is out of stock - we will notify you as soon as possible via email; this also may cause a delay in the shipping time frame specified above. 

We do not dispatch orders on the weekends and Bank Holidays.

All orders are Dispatched with Tracking and you will receive tracking information via Email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping Costs are automatically calculated at checkout. 

Standard UK Delivery cost £4.95 and is estimated to reach you in 2 - 4 working days 

Next Day delivery cost £7.95 and will be dispatched next day to reach you in 1-2 working days time of order pending.

Local Delivery cost £1.99. At times this option will be offered for local deliveries in the immediate Slough area. Hand delivered by one of our staff same or next day.

Pick-Up/Collection. Your order will be available to pick up next day from the salon during opening times.
